The upgraded room was in great shape and had a super cozy bed. 🛏️ I enjoyed a tasty breakfast with lots of choices, including made-to-order dishes that were top-notch.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a comfy bed. The location was decent for exploring the downtown area. Very close to the business center. Close to Heinz Field and nearby restaurants. Ate at Scoglio Greentree a few times, it's just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Breakfast was ok.
Under major renovations. No hot water both mornings and no water one day. Elevator broke down on day 2. Towels smell of burnt oil. I would stay away from this place for a least a year. Your going to hear of similar comments for sure.

Everything was excellent, decent location right by the science museum, Sandcastle, Kennywood, airport. The room was attractive, they served free breakfast, and there was super-friendly staff. It was in a sleek building with a great view. The service was good throughout our stay.
